Fabian Schönenberg (Swiss), Managing Director

Fabian Schönenberg has over 15 years of professional experience in various finance-related disciplines, including project management, insurance underwriting, business planning, risk management, trust and fund administration and accounting. Mr Schönenberg obtained a Masters of Science degree at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP). He serves as a director for various offshore investment companies.

David J Miller (British)

David Miller is a founding partner of Meteora Partners LLP, a UK-based partnership that provides managerial and administrative support to independent investment firms. He has over 30 years of global experience in business planning, financial, tax, legal and fund administration functions with leading accounting firms and corporations. He is a graduate of Edinburgh University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland and the Institute of Taxation in the UK.

Maxwell L H Quin (Bermudian)

Maxwell Quin serves as consultant with Wakefield Quin, Barristers and Attorneys, and was previously the proprietor of MLH Quin & Co. Prior to residing in Bermuda he practised as a tax barrister in London. Subsequently he worked in the Middle East and as a banker in the United Kingdom. Mr Quin is a director of various international companies, both in Bermuda and abroad, and has extensive experience in international corporate law.
