Tromino Financial Services Ltd. was incorporated in Bermuda on 19 May 2005 as an exempted company pursuant to the Companies Act, 1981 (Reg No 36836). In January 2008, the company was granted a Fund Administrator Licence by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Investment Funds Act 2006.
